Denise was born and raised in Denver before moving to Ft. Collins to finish High School and College. She graduated from Colorado State University in 1999 with a degree in Finance and was in mutual funds before moving to Real Estate in 2002. Her family has raised Arabian horses all her life so along with her background in finance that is why she specializes in horse properties and investments. She has helped anyone from 1st Time Home Buyers to Retirees buy and sell homes from Larkspur to Ft. Collins. Denise has been featured on 9News, DIY Network's "Sweat Equity" and HGTV's "My First Place". She is also an avid 4.0 tennis player and enjoys volunteering in the Denver Community.
